The delivery was fast but 2 box were smashed pretty heavily. So the boxes inside could not be used. Sophia responded really quickly but they did not send us new boxes or suggested any kind of compensation. No help there! Then we ran into a problem with a sublimation on the mugs, terrible seams - all diffrerent and really rough. The mug themselves are rough and uneven, so the pressure could not be consistent and firm. Because of that you can't get an even print. The quality of the mugs are very inconsistent. Only half of our order can be used for a sublimation purposes. Sophia asked us everything about temperature, time and what kind of devices we used. We sent images and videos and what parts of the mugs have problems but the only thing that they suggested is to increase time or temperature, which would lead to overheating and even lower quality. She did not respond why some cups are good with the same t and time. The mugs are deffective. Terrible experience, very disappointed.

Thanks for your comment, and i am sorry again for problem. We will replace white box at next order as we talked about it before. And as i explained it we hope to find the point of problem to solve it so we asked you print time and temperature. And we suggest print longer time and higher pressure base on your picture and video. We printed so many mugs by ourself, there have no any problem. Hope you can understand it, thank you.
